Debit Card Same process as credit card
Bank Account Enter bank details (if ACH available)

Troubleshooting

Card Not Being Accepted

Possible Reasons:

  • • Card number entered incorrectly
  • • Expiry date wrong
  • • CVV doesn't match
  • • Card type not supported
  • • Bank blocking online authorization
  • • Address verification failed

Solutions

  • Double-check all details - One wrong digit causes failure
  • Contact your bank - Ask if they're blocking the transaction
  • Try a different card - Some cards have restrictions
  • Use PayPal instead - Alternative payment method

Card Says "Expired" But It's Not

  • The saved expiry date may be wrong
  • Remove and re-add the card with correct date
  • Contact support if issue persists

  • Set as default (for auto-pay)
