This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for services and subscriptions provided by Shahid Malla.

Custom development & one-off work

Because custom work begins as soon as an engagement is agreed, fees for completed or in-progress work are generally non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the work, contact me and I will do my best to make it right.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
• The current billing period is generally non-refundable once it has started, unless required by law.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you were charged in error, or twice for the same service, contact me and I will refund the incorrect charge promptly.
