A self-hosted billing and activation portal for IPTV resellers, linked to NXT, Strong8K and XUI panels, with no WHMCS needed.
What is the IPTV billing portal?
It is a complete billing and customer portal of its own, not a WHMCS add-on. You install it on your own server, connect it to your IPTV panels, and it handles everything from the order to the active line: package choice, payment, activation, and delivery of the M3U, EPG and app settings through a short download link. It is for operators who hold the rights to the channels they sell; the portal does not supply streams or content.
Which panels and payment methods does it support?
It works with NXT Player, Strong8K and XUI or Xtream UI panels, and one portal can drive all of them at once. For each panel it creates, suspends and terminates lines; on XUI and Xtream UI it also manages MAC addresses and M3U output. Device and MAC limits are enforced at the panel level. Custom panel integrations can be built on request for an extra fee.

How is it priced?
Two ways to pay, both with no limit on users or lines: a lifetime license for $1,200, or $50 a month. The monthly license runs as long as you renew it, and renewing extends the same key. Per-line pricing makes a billing system more expensive every time you grow; this one stays the same whether you sell ten lines or ten thousand. The portal is fully white-label, with your domain, logo and colors. A branded iOS and Android app shell is available on request.
What do you need to run it?
Requirements: a server you control with PHP 8.1 or newer and MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.4+, plus API credentials for your NXT, Strong8K or XUI panel. WHMCS is not required. Setup is uploading the PHP archive, running the installer, pointing it at your panels and configuring the payment gateways.
Limits: the portal is billing software only. It does not host your panels, provide content, or make an unlicensed service legal. If you also sell hosting or VPS, you can keep WHMCS for those and run the portal separately for IPTV.

Do I need WHMCS to use the portal?
<p>No. The portal is a complete standalone billing system built for IPTV, so it takes the place of WHMCS for that side of your business. If you also sell shared hosting or VPS, you can keep WHMCS for those products and run the portal next to it as a separate site.</p>
Which IPTV panels does it connect to?
<p>NXT Player, Strong8K and XUI or Xtream UI work out of the box, and one portal can connect to several of them at the same time. If you run a different panel, I can build an integration for it as paid custom work. The portal does not provide streams or channels.</p>
How do resellers and sub-resellers work?
<p>The portal uses credit packs. Your resellers buy credits from you, spend them to activate lines for their own customers, and they can sell credits on to sub-resellers below them. You earn a margin on every credit that moves through the chain.</p>
