About this package

This package builds an online store in Laravel for a seller whose products or pricing do not fit a standard platform, such as made-to-order items, prices that differ by customer group, bundles with conditions or stock shared with another channel. The checkout logic lives in code you own instead of in a stack of monthly apps rented from a platform.

When custom code earns its cost

A Laravel store makes sense when you keep paying for apps to bend a platform into shape, or when a rule like "trade customers pay less on frames but full price on lenses" cannot be expressed in a plugin setting. I write that rule once, test it, and it stays put through updates. Every price, discount and shipping charge is recalculated on the server at checkout and never trusted from the browser, which closes a common cart-tampering hole.

What each plan adds

  • Starter: a catalog with categories, cart, Stripe checkout and an order admin where each status change emails the customer.
  • Business: variants, bundles and product options, discount rules and coupon codes, PayPal as a second gateway, customer accounts with one-click reorder, and an audit log of who changed which order and when.
  • Premium: price lists per customer group, shipping rules by weight, zone or order value, sales and stock reports you export to CSV, a REST API ready for a future mobile app, and a security review before launch.

Ownership and upkeep

The code lives in a Git repository in your account and runs on hosting in your name. There is no platform fee, but a custom store needs a developer when you want new features, so set aside a small budget for changes as the business grows. I follow standard Laravel structure and leave a setup README, which means any Laravel developer can pick the project up later. Stripe and PayPal charge their own per-sale fees, paid directly to them.

I have built websites, WHMCS modules and web apps for clients since before AI coding tools existed. Today I build with AI-assisted tools and review every change myself, which is why fixed prices here are lower than an agency's for the same scope. I work while the US, Canada and Australia sleep, so each morning there is progress on your staging link.

Questions about this package

What hosting does a Laravel store need?

A server with a current PHP version, Composer, a cron job and a queue worker for emails and reports. A small VPS managed through a tool such as Laravel Forge or Ploi works well. Basic shared hosting often lacks queue workers, so I check your host before I start and suggest options if it falls short.

Can another developer work on the code later?

Yes. The project follows standard Laravel conventions, sits in a Git repository you own and comes with a README covering setup, deployment and where each business rule lives. You are never locked to me; a Laravel developer you hire later can read and extend it without starting over.

Can the store share stock with Amazon or a physical shop?

Not inside these plans, but the structure allows it. If the other system has an API, such as Amazon Seller Central or a point-of-sale like Square, I can sync stock as a separate job. The Premium REST API makes that easier, because outside systems can read and update stock through it.

How ordering a package works

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.

  2. 2

    Send your content

A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.

  3. 3

    I build it

I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.

One-time price, no monthly fee from me

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.

What I do not build

Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
