What I built
The whole stack ships invoices, signups, server provisioning, and renewals without human touch. Customer self-service rate now sits above 90%, and the support team gets to focus on actual problems instead of routing tickets.
The challenge
Multi-server billing reconciliation, cross-region failover, and customer migration from a legacy provider with 4,000+ accounts — all without downtime.
How I solved it
Custom WHMCS provisioning module that talks to the cPanel cluster, an automation layer for plan changes and resource scaling, plus a migration tool that pulled accounts in batches with verification at every step.
The outcome
Zero-downtime migration of 4,200 accounts.
Support volume dropped 60% after the self-service portal launched.
Provisioning that used to take 20 minutes now happens in 90 seconds.
