GPU Server Ordering and Slack Fulfillment Module for WHMCS
Sell dedicated GPU servers in WHMCS and fulfill each paid order from Slack, where your team enters the server IP or declines the order.
What does the GPU server module do?
It handles GPU servers that a person on your team sets up, which is how most hosts work when they resell capacity from an upstream GPU provider instead of running their own cloud. When a customer pays, the module records the order with the operating system, data center and SSH public keys they chose, then posts it to a Slack channel with the server specs, the customer's name and email, and the monthly cost.
From that Slack message your team clicks Provision, types the server IP and login user into a form, and the module marks the WHMCS service active, saves the IP and username on it and emails the customer that the server is ready. If the hardware is not available, the Not Available button cancels the order and starts the refund: an invoice paid from credit balance goes back to the customer's credit and the invoice is canceled, while any other payment method opens an internal ticket so staff can refund it by hand. The customer is told by email either way.
What is included?
| Part | What it does |
|---|---|
| Product generator | Creates eleven GPU server products from a built-in spec list, with OS and data center options, an SSH key field and monthly prices |
| Slack order message | Posts each paid order with specs, customer, SSH keys and monthly cost |
| Provision form | Staff enter the IP and login user in Slack; WHMCS activates the service and emails the customer |
| Not Available button | Cancels the order, refunds credit-paid invoices to credit or opens a refund ticket |
| Cart notices | Tell buyers on the cart, configure and order complete pages that setup can take up to 24 hours |
| Cancellation requests | Posted to Slack so staff can reclaim the server |
| Client area | Server IP, login user, status, CPU, RAM, storage, OS, region and SSH keys |
| Admin buttons | Test Slack, Send to Slack again, View Order and Manage Products |
The spec list covers machines from HGX B200 and H200 down to RTX 4090 and RTX 3080 builds. It lives in one PHP class, so you change models, data centers and prices there before generating, and the Update Pricing and Sync Configuration Options buttons refresh products you already created.
Who is it for?
Hosts and resellers who sell high-end GPU machines for AI training, inference or rendering, where each server is assigned by a person rather than created through an API. If your team already works in Slack, orders arrive where they are and can be handled from a phone, and nobody has to watch the WHMCS order list.
What do you need, and what is outside its scope?
Requirements: WHMCS 8 (exact version confirmed at purchase), PHP 7.4 or newer, a Slack workspace where you can add an app with an incoming webhook and a bot token, and a public HTTPS address for WHMCS so Slack can reach the module's interaction endpoint. The hook file is copied into includes/hooks during setup.
Limits: the module does not connect to any GPU provider's API. It does not create, power off or wipe servers; suspension and termination change the status in WHMCS and on the order record, and your team handles the machine itself. Refunds to cards or other gateways stay manual, through the ticket the module opens.
It costs $149 once for a lifetime license with twelve months of updates and support, an instant download and license key, and a seven-day refund window.

Frequently asked questions
Does the module create GPU servers through a provider API?
<p>No. It is built for servers your team sets up by hand. The module takes the order, sends it to Slack with everything needed to build the machine, and records the IP and login user your staff enter. Suspension and termination update WHMCS only, so the server itself is handled by your team.</p>
What happens when the server a customer ordered is not available?
<p>A staff member clicks Not Available on the Slack message. The service is canceled in WHMCS and the customer gets an email. If the invoice was paid from credit balance, the amount goes back to their credit and the invoice is canceled; for any other payment method the module opens an internal ticket so the refund is not forgotten.</p>
Can I change the GPU models and prices the module creates?
<p>Yes. The eleven server templates, with their GPU, CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, data centers, operating systems and monthly prices, sit in one PHP class. Edit them before you generate the products. For products that already exist, the Update Pricing and Sync Configuration Options buttons on the product page apply your changes.</p>
