Regery Domain Registrar Module for WHMCS

Register, transfer and renew Regery domains from WHMCS, with DNS, email forwarding, glue records, WHOIS privacy and TLD price import.

WHMCS 8.x (confirmed at purchase) PHP 7.4+

What does the Regery registrar module do?

It lets WHMCS sell domains through a Regery reseller account. When a domain order is paid, the module sends the registration to Regery with the nameservers from the order, the registrant, admin, tech and billing contacts, and WHOIS privacy if the customer added ID protection. Transfers use the EPP code from the order, and renewals run from WHMCS invoices like any other registrar.

After that, the normal WHMCS domain pages work through Regery: nameservers, registrar lock, contact details, ID protection, DNS records and email forwarding, for you in the admin area and for customers in the client area. The domain overview page also shows the status, expiry date, registration date, lock state, WHOIS privacy and nameservers, read live from Regery.

What is included?

Customers get a Get Auth Code button in the client area, so transfer-out requests do not need a ticket. Every API call goes to the WHMCS module log with your API key and secret masked.

Who is it for?

Hosting companies and domain resellers that buy domains at Regery and want to sell them under their own brand in WHMCS, with customers managing DNS and email forwarding themselves instead of asking support. If you already use the WHMCS domain pricing screen, the TLD import saves typing in Regery's cost prices one extension at a time.

What do you need, and what are the limits?

Requirements: a WHMCS 8 installation, PHP 7.4 or newer with cURL, and a Regery reseller account with an API key and API secret.

Limits: saving DNS replaces the whole record set at Regery, deleting the old records and adding the new ones, so make DNS changes from WHMCS rather than in two places at once. MX priority is sent with MX records. Extra registry fields that WHMCS collects at checkout are passed on with the registration, but check Regery's rules for any country-code extension you plan to sell before you list it.

It costs $99 once for a lifetime license with twelve months of updates and support, an instant download and license key, and a seven-day refund window.

Frequently asked questions

Can customers manage their own DNS and email forwarding?

<p>Yes. The module plugs into the standard WHMCS DNS management and email forwarding pages, so customers edit records and forwards from the client area once you enable those addons on the domain. Each save is sent to Regery straight away.</p>

Can I import Regery's prices into WHMCS?

<p>Yes. The module supports the WHMCS Registrar TLD Sync, which reads register, renew and transfer prices from Regery along with grace and redemption fees. You then set your own margin in WHMCS before saving the prices.</p>

How do customers get the auth code to move a domain away?

<p>A Get Auth Code button appears on the domain in the client area, and the same button is on the admin domain page. The code comes directly from Regery, so nobody has to open a ticket and wait for staff to look it up.</p>
