About this package

This package puts an AI assistant on your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, answering from your own content with a real person one tap away, for businesses whose customers would rather message than browse. It runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform, not on unofficial automation of the WhatsApp app, which can get a number blocked.

What a customer experiences

The greeting says it is an AI assistant and how to reach a person. The bot answers questions from your price lists, policies and FAQs, sends product links or files, and collects details such as a name and order number. Typing a keyword such as "agent" brings in your team on every plan. On Business, staff take over in a shared inbox with the whole thread in front of them, image and document replies are supported, and leads are saved to a Google Sheet or your CRM.

Meta's rules shape the design

  • Once 24 hours pass after a customer's last message, a business may only send pre-approved templates. I prepare those with you on Business and submit them for Meta's review.
  • Broadcasts on Premium go only to contacts who opted in, using approved templates.
  • Business verification is Meta's process; I guide you through the steps, but approval is their decision.

Premium for busier numbers

Premium looks up order or booking status from your system, routes chats by business hours so after-hours customers know when a person will reply, reports message volume and fees, and runs on your own server.

Fees you pay directly

Meta charges its WhatsApp messaging fees to your account, and the AI model provider bills its usage separately; both are outside my price. AI replies can be wrong, which is why the human route stays visible in every conversation.

Questions about this package

Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number?

It depends on Meta's current rules and your number. Traditionally a number moved to the API stopped working in the app, and Meta has since introduced options that let some businesses use both. I check what Meta offers for your number before connecting anything, so you are not surprised.

Can the bot message customers first?

Only with a template Meta has approved, and only to people who agreed to hear from you. Within 24 hours of a customer's message, the bot can reply freely. That is why opt-in wording on your website and checkout matters, and I help you add it.

What if Meta rejects my business verification?

Verification is Meta's decision, and I cannot influence it. Rejections usually come from documents that do not match the business name or website. I help you fix the mismatch and resubmit; the build itself waits until the account can send messages.
