Corporate Company Website

This package builds a multi-section website for an established company with several divisions, product lines or offices: one section per division in a shared layout, a leadership page, a careers area with CV upload, and a news and press room. It fits firms that have outgrown a five-page brochure site and now have more than one department wanting to publish.

How the divisions are laid out

Each division gets a landing page, its own service pages and a contact form whose messages go to that division's inbox, instead of one general address that someone forwards by hand. Leadership profiles share a fixed format of photo, title and short bio, so adding a new director takes minutes and still matches the rest.

Who is allowed to change what

From the Business plan up, staff log in with WordPress roles that limit their reach. Marketing drafts and publishes news, HR posts and closes job openings, and only an administrator touches menus, plugins or site settings. Applications arrive by email with the CV attached and are also kept in the dashboard as a record.

• Press releases carry a date, a category and an optional PDF version for journalists.
• The Premium downloads library holds annual reports, brochures and media kits, filtered by year or document type.
• A second language such as French, German or Spanish runs through WPML on Premium, with each page translated in full rather than auto-swapped.

Outside the scope of this build

The WPML license, any applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse, Workable or BambooHR, and professional translation are separate costs. I load the translated text you supply, and I can link an existing ATS job board in place of the built-in careers page. Statements about financial results, certifications or regulated activities are approved by your company before they are published.
