About this package
This package builds a launch website for a new company that needs to look credible to early customers and investors before the product is finished: the problem, your answer, how it works, who is behind it, then pricing or a demo request. Visitors who are not ready yet can join a waitlist, so early interest is captured instead of lost.
The order of the page
The layout follows the structure of a short pitch. A one-line headline names the problem, a three-step section shows how the product solves it with real screenshots, and the founders section explains why your team is the one to build it. The call to action changes with your stage: join the waitlist, book a demo, or start a trial.
Next.js or WordPress
I build in Next.js when your team already works in React and wants to edit components in your own repository, deployed on Vercel or similar. I build in WordPress when non-technical founders will change the copy and pricing themselves. Either way the waitlist form works the same way: Starter stores sign-ups and emails you, and Business sends them straight to Mailchimp, ConvertKit or HubSpot with a tag for the source.
- Premium adds a blog or changelog, simple help pages and Calendly or Cal.com demo booking.
- Event tracking records sign-ups and demo bookings in analytics, so you can see which page and campaign produced them.
Honest limits
Screenshots should show the product as it really is, even if it is an early build; I do not add mock customer logos or usage figures you cannot back up. Paid plans for your email tool, scheduling tool and hosting are billed to your company account.

I have built websites, WHMCS modules and web apps for clients since before AI coding tools existed. Today I build with AI-assisted tools and review every change myself, which is why fixed prices here are lower than an agency's for the same scope. I work while the US, Canada and Australia sleep, so each morning there is progress on your staging link.

Questions about this package
Can we change our pricing later without a developer?
Yes. On WordPress the plans, prices and feature lists are fields in the dashboard. On Next.js they sit in one plain data file that anyone on your team can edit and redeploy. Adding a fourth plan or switching between monthly and annual display is a small change either way.
What if we pivot after launch?
The sections are built as separate blocks, so a new headline, a different target customer or a renamed product means editing text and swapping screenshots, not rebuilding. If the pivot changes the whole structure, such as moving from a waitlist to self-serve sign-up, that is a new piece of work I quote separately.
Can we take the waitlist with us if we change email tools?
Yes. Sign-ups live in your own email tool or, on Starter, in the site database, and both export to CSV. Moving from Mailchimp to ConvertKit or HubSpot later is an import on the new tool's side plus a small change to the form connection.
How ordering a package works
-
1
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.
-
2
Send your content
A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.
-
3
I build it
I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.
-
4
Launch and handover
After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.
One-time price, no monthly fee from me
You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
