About this package

This package builds a trade ordering website for distributors and manufacturers: approved customer accounts, prices that differ per customer group, and a fast way to place large repeat orders. It replaces orders that arrive today by email, phone and spreadsheet, each one retyped by someone on your team.

What a trade buyer sees

A trade customer applies for an account with the details you require, such as a tax number or resale certificate, and you approve them. From then on they see their own prices, minimum order quantities and case sizes. Public visitors see the catalog without prices, or a retail version if you also sell direct.

On Business, repeat buyers use a quick order grid: type a SKU, enter a quantity, move to the next line. They can reorder a past order in one click and pay by card or on account with terms you approve. Price lists load from a CSV, so a yearly price change is one upload instead of hours of edits.

For larger sales teams

  • Tiered volume pricing lowers the unit price as the quantity rises.
  • Buyers can request a quote, which you adjust and convert into an order.
  • Sales reps log in and place orders for the customers they manage.
  • Orders export to your accounting or ERP system by CSV or webhook.

These four arrive with Premium, together with speed and security hardening.

Boundaries worth knowing

The site records orders placed on account and emails your team, but invoicing and collecting payment stay in your accounting software. A live two-way sync with an ERP depends on that system's API and is quoted separately. I build on WooCommerce for most catalogs and on Laravel when your pricing logic needs it.

I have built websites, WHMCS modules and web apps for clients since before AI coding tools existed. Today I build with AI-assisted tools and review every change myself, which is why fixed prices here are lower than an agency's for the same scope. I work while the US, Canada and Australia sleep, so each morning there is progress on your staging link.

Questions about this package

Can retail customers buy on the same site?

Yes. Guests can see a retail price list and check out normally, while approved trade accounts see their own prices after logging in. If you sell only to trade, guests see the catalog with prices hidden and a prompt to apply. You switch between these from the admin.

What happens to orders placed on account?

The order is recorded as unpaid on account, your team gets an email, and the customer sees it in their order history. Invoicing and chasing payment continue in your accounting software. You can mark any account as on hold, which stops it ordering on terms until you clear it.

Can you load thousands of SKUs with different prices per customer?

Yes. Products and price lists import from CSV, so a large catalog is a file mapping job, not manual entry. I test the import with a sample first and then load the full file. If your prices are calculated by formula, such as cost plus a margin per group, tell me early because that changes the setup.

How ordering a package works

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.

  2. 2

    Send your content

A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.

  3. 3

    I build it

I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.

One-time price, no monthly fee from me

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.

What I do not build

Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
