Telehealth Appointment Booking Website

This package builds a booking website for paid video consultations: patients choose a service and practitioner, pick a slot shown in their own time zone, pay at booking and receive the session link from the video tool you use. It suits solo practitioners and small clinics offering online care, such as nutrition, mental health, dermatology follow-ups or second opinions.

How a consultation is booked

A patient selects the service, sees the practitioner's open slots converted to their local time, and pays by Stripe or PayPal. The confirmation email carries the video link. On Business, practitioners log in to set their own weekly availability and buffers between calls, patients get reminder emails, and your rescheduling and cancellation rules decide when a refund is due, issued from the admin. An intake form sent before the session goes to your inbox and is not stored in the website.

Video and records stay with specialist tools

Video runs on a provider you choose that suits health use in your country, and some offer a business associate agreement for HIPAA purposes. On Premium, where that provider has an API, each booking creates its own meeting automatically. Clinical notes and prescriptions stay in your health record system; the booking site holds only scheduling and payment records. That separation helps your practice meet HIPAA, PIPEDA or Australian Privacy Act duties, but the compliance itself, and any agreements with your providers, remain yours.

Practice rules I do not decide

Whether you may consult patients in another state, province or country depends on your licence and local telehealth rules. Tell me where you are licensed, and the booking form can ask for the patient's location and block regions you cannot serve. Premium also adds session packages and subscriptions, multiple currencies, reports on bookings and revenue, and a security review before launch.
