Clinic and Healthcare Websites: 8 packages

What should a clinic website do?

Help a patient decide your practice is right for them and book a visit without phoning. That means plain service pages explaining what each treatment is and who it suits, profiles of the people they will see, the insurance or payment options you accept, and a booking form that reflects real availability.

What do I need to send you?

I need the practice logo, address, hours, a list of services with short descriptions, practitioner names with photos and qualifications, and your booking rules: appointment lengths, who sees which service and how much notice you need. Medical statements on the site come from you, worded as your license and local advertising rules allow.

What is not included, and how is patient data handled?

Domain, hosting, booking or video software subscriptions, SMS credits, payment fees and any electronic health record system are paid to the providers in your name. By default nothing medical is kept in the website database: booking forms ask only for what scheduling needs, and anything more detailed goes to the inbox or practice system you choose. I do not build medical record storage unless a plan explicitly scopes a compliant system.

HIPAA, GDPR and local health privacy compliance remain your responsibility together with your providers, for example signing a business associate agreement with your email or booking service where the law requires one. I configure the website to support your compliance; I do not certify it.

How ordering a package works

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.

  2. 2

    Send your content

A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.

  3. 3

    I build it

I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.

One-time price, no monthly fee from me

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.

What I do not build

Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.

Ordering from the US, Canada or Australia

Most of my clients are in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. Here is how an order works from those time zones.

Work happens while you sleep
I work from India. Your evening in New York, Toronto or Los Angeles, or your night in Sydney or Perth, is my working day, so each day's progress is waiting on your staging link when you start.
One price in US dollars
You pay the listed USD price by card, PayPal or crypto; your bank converts from CAD or AUD. My invoice from India carries no US sales tax, Canadian GST/HST or Australian GST. If your business has to self-assess tax on imported services, your accountant will tell you.
Payments your customers already use
Stripe, PayPal and Square work in all three countries. I connect the gateway you open in your own business name, so the money goes straight to you.
Hosting and domains in your country
Your site can sit in a US, Canadian or Australian data center, on a .com, .ca or .com.au domain registered in your name. Country domains have their own eligibility rules, which I check before you register.

Questions about clinic and healthcare websites

Can patients book appointments online?

Yes. Depending on the plan, patients either send a request you confirm or book straight into open slots set per practitioner and service. If you already use practice software with an online booking widget, I can embed that instead, so you keep a single calendar.

Is the website HIPAA or GDPR compliant?

A website alone cannot make a practice compliant. I set forms to collect the minimum, avoid storing health details in the website database, serve everything over HTTPS and add a privacy notice page with text you supply. Agreements with your hosting, email and booking providers, and your own policies, are your responsibility.

Can you write the medical content?

I can structure and edit pages so they read clearly and suit search, but medical statements, treatment claims and prices must come from you or be checked by you. Rules on how health services may be advertised differ by country, and you know which apply to your license.
