I build veterinary clinics a website with services organized by animal type, vet and nurse profiles, appointment requests or online booking, and an emergency contact on every page. Pet owners arrive either planning a routine visit or frightened about a sick animal, and the site serves both.

Emergencies first

The emergency number and after-hours instructions are pinned at the top of every page, including which emergency hospital to call when you are closed. On phones the call button stays visible while scrolling. Services are grouped by animal, from cats and dogs to rabbits, birds and exotics, so an owner of a guinea pig can see at a glance whether you treat them.

Routine visits and reminders

The Starter request form asks for the owner's name and contact, the pet's name and species, and the reason in a few words. Business adds online booking by service, profiles for vets and nurses, Google Business Profile setup and vaccination reminder emails sent from due dates your staff record, with the owner's opt-in saved when they sign up.

• Premium adds a pet health plan signup with monthly payment, such as a wellness plan covering vaccinations and checkups.
• It also takes grooming and boarding bookings and medication refill requests that your team reviews before dispensing.
• Clinics with more than one site get location pages with their own hours and teams.

What stays in your practice system

Clinical records, lab results and prescriptions stay in your practice management software, such as ezyVet or Cornerstone. The website does not give veterinary advice; health articles carry the wording your vets write or approve. Owner contact details are personal data, so your privacy notice and local privacy law apply.
