About this package
This package builds a domain-selling website on WHMCS for businesses with a registrar reseller account such as Enom, ResellerClub or OpenSRS: a search box on the home page, register and transfer flows, and TLD prices that stay in line with your costs. It suits hosting brands that want domains to be the first thing a visitor buys, and registrar resellers selling domains on their own.
What the buyer sees
A search returns the exact name, then alternatives across the TLDs you sell, with prices for the first year and renewal shown side by side. Transfers ask for the EPP code in the same flow and check that the domain is unlocked. Country domains such as .ca, .co.uk or .com.au show the extra registrant fields their registry requires, so an order does not fail at the registrar later.
Keeping prices and dates honest
On Business and Premium I use the WHMCS registrar TLD sync to import your costs and apply the margin you set per TLD, so a price rise at the registrar does not quietly turn a sale into a loss. The daily domain sync cron updates expiry dates from the registrar, which keeps renewal invoices and reminder emails on the right day.
- Clients change nameservers, manage DNS records and request the EPP code from the client area.
- Auto-renew and renewal reminders follow the schedule you set in WHMCS.
- Premium adds spotlight TLDs, per-TLD promotions and a hosting offer after a domain order.
What stays with you
You sell under your registrar's accreditation, so their registrant agreement and the ICANN policies apply to your customers. The reseller account, its prepaid balance and any per-domain fees belong to you, and ccTLD availability depends on what your registrar supports. I connect the module and whitelist your server IP; funding the account is your step.

I have built websites, WHMCS modules and web apps for clients since before AI coding tools existed. Today I build with AI-assisted tools and review every change myself, which is why fixed prices here are lower than an agency's for the same scope. I work while the US, Canada and Australia sleep, so each morning there is progress on your staging link.

Questions about this package
Do I need ICANN accreditation to sell domains?
No. As a reseller you sell under your registrar's accreditation, and they handle the registry side. You still need to show their registrant agreement and follow their rules on WHOIS data and transfers, which I add to the checkout and footer from the text they provide.
Can I switch registrars later without moving every domain?
Yes. WHMCS stores the registrar per domain, so new registrations can go to a new registrar while existing domains stay where they are until you transfer them. I can set a default registrar per TLD, which is also how you sell an extension your main registrar does not support.
Will WHMCS register a domain before the client pays?
No, unless you change the setting. By default the domain is sent to the registrar only after the invoice is paid, so an unpaid order costs you nothing. I usually leave it that way and enable the fraud check for first orders.
How ordering a package works
-
1
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.
-
2
Send your content
A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.
-
3
I build it
I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.
-
4
Launch and handover
After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.
One-time price, no monthly fee from me
You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
