Web Hosting Company Websites
Websites for web hosting companies and resellers, built around WHMCS: plan pages with real prices, a domain search, a cart that creates accounts on cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin or your VPS panel when an invoice is paid, and a client area styled like the rest of the brand. Fixed prices from $109. The WHMCS license, servers and hosting stay in your name, paid by you.

Why build a hosting website around WHMCS?
Because WHMCS already does the hard part of a hosting business: invoicing, recurring billing, account creation on your servers, domain registration and support tickets. The website's job is to sell plans clearly and hand the buyer to a WHMCS cart that looks like it belongs to the same company. I am CTO at the hosting company ElySpace and have written more than 200 custom WHMCS modules, so I build these sites from the operator's side of the counter.
Which hosting website package do I need?
| Your business | Start with | What it handles |
|---|---|---|
| Just starting with a reseller account | Reseller starter site | A compact brand site with billing switched on from day one |
| Selling cPanel or DirectAdmin plans | Shared and reseller hosting site | Plan pages and a cart that creates accounts on payment |
| Renting VPS or cloud servers | VPS and cloud hosting site | RAM, CPU, OS and location options sent to your panel |
| Selling domains first | Domain registrar site | Search, transfers and TLD prices from your registrar |
| Running game servers | Game server hosting site | Plans per game, slots and automatic server setup |
| A site that does not match WHMCS | Client area theme | One look from home page to invoice |
What access and details do you need from me?
Admin access to WHMCS (or a fresh install I can set up for you), your server panel details for the provisioning module, your plan list with prices and billing cycles, your registrar reseller API details if you sell domains, your logo, and your terms of service and acceptable use policy. Card processors and PayPal want the merchant account held by the hosting business itself, so set those up early; approval can take a while.
Which costs are not part of the package?
Recurring software and infrastructure costs are not part of it: the WHMCS license, server rental, control panel licenses such as cPanel or Virtualizor, third-party WHMCS modules, registrar deposits and your domain and hosting. Each one is billed to you by its own vendor. Your legal terms are yours to write and I cannot promise how fast a payment gateway approves a hosting business. Search positions are Google's decision.
How ordering a package works
-
1
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.
-
2
Send your content
A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.
-
3
I build it
I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.
-
4
Launch and handover
After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.
One-time price, no monthly fee from me
You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
Questions about web hosting company websites
Do I need my own WHMCS license?
Yes. WHMCS is licensed per installation and the license must be in your name, bought from WHMCS directly or from a reseller that bundles it. Some hosting reseller plans include a WHMCS license; check your provider. I install, configure and connect it, but never resell licenses.
Does WHMCS set up hosting accounts on its own once a client pays?
It does, as long as your server panel has a WHMCS module. cPanel/WHM, Plesk and DirectAdmin modules ship with WHMCS. VPS panels and game panels often need a third-party module with its own license. I test a real order, a suspension for an overdue invoice and an unsuspension before handing over.
Can my main site show WHMCS prices without me editing them twice?
Yes. On the Business and Premium plans, plan prices on the marketing pages are pulled from WHMCS, so you change a price once in the WHMCS admin and the website follows. Promotions and currencies set in WHMCS can show the same way.
