About this package

This package reviews an app built with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0 or Cursor for the security gaps AI builders leave behind: secret keys in the browser, database tables anyone can read, and pages or API routes that never check who is asking. You get a plain-language report, fixes you can paste into your AI builder or database, and a retest.

Common gaps in generated apps

  • Supabase tables without row-level security, so the public anon key reads or edits every row.
  • A service role key, OpenAI key or Stripe secret key bundled into the frontend JavaScript or pushed to a public repository.
  • Firebase rules left open from the prototype stage.
  • API routes and server functions that take a user ID from the request instead of the session.
  • Admin screens hidden only by the menu, public storage buckets, and Stripe webhooks that skip the signature check.

I check access with two test accounts, trying to read and change each other's data. Premium also covers edge functions, scheduled jobs and any AI feature in the app, testing whether a crafted message can make it leak data or run up your model bill.

Fixes you can apply yourself

Each finding comes with the reason it matters and the fix in two forms: the exact change, such as a row-level security policy in SQL, and a prompt you can give your AI builder. From Business up, I write the policies for your tables, so the most common gap is closed by pasting one script.

Whose permission and what comes next

You confirm in writing that you own the app and the Supabase, Firebase or Vercel project behind it; I test your project under those platforms' rules, not the platforms themselves. When the review shows the app needs more than security fixes, such as rebuilt features or a cleaner codebase, that is vibe-coded app rescue work.

I have built websites, WHMCS modules and web apps for clients since before AI coding tools existed. Today I build with AI-assisted tools and review every change myself, which is why fixed prices here are lower than an agency's for the same scope. I work while the US, Canada and Australia sleep, so each morning there is progress on your staging link.

Questions about this package

Is my Supabase anon key in the browser a problem?

Not by itself. The anon key is designed to be public, and row-level security policies decide what it can reach. It becomes a problem when a table has no policy or a policy that allows everything. The service role key is different: it bypasses every policy and must never reach the browser.

Can I fix the findings with my AI builder myself?

Often, yes. Every finding includes a prompt written for your builder and the exact change it should make, so you can check its work. Watch for the builder fixing one table and loosening another; the retest catches that. Fixes it struggles with can be handled by the apply-fixes extra.

Will the review change or break my project?

No. I read the code, the database rules and the built app, and test with my own two test accounts. I do not edit your Lovable, Bolt or Replit project or your database unless you order the fixes extra, and even then changes go through your repository where you can see them.

How ordering a package works

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.

  2. 2

    Send your content

A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.

  3. 3

    I build it

I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.

One-time price, no monthly fee from me

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.

What I do not build

Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
