About this package
This package builds a WHMCS theme for companies selling VPS, cloud instances or dedicated servers: plan cards that lead with CPU, memory, storage and bandwidth, an order form that handles location and operating system choices, and a service page built around the server itself. It suits providers using Proxmox, Virtualizor, SolusVM, Hetzner, Vultr or a provisioning module of their own.
Choosing a server in the cart
Server buyers compare numbers, so plan cards show the specs as rows next to the price per cycle from WHMCS. Location and operating system come from your configurable options and appear as picker cards with flags and OS logos instead of plain dropdowns. The hostname, root password and nameserver fields WHMCS adds to server products can be hidden per product group when your module sets them itself. Business adds an SSH public key field your module can read and a running total that follows each choice.
The server page
After provisioning, clients come back for the IP addresses, the login details and the buttons your module provides, such as reboot, console or reinstall. The theme gathers these into one page with copy buttons. Business groups the module buttons by what they do; Premium adds a resource and bandwidth panel where the module reports usage, plus a website page for each server line.
Before you order
Power buttons, consoles and graphs come from the provisioning module: the theme styles them but cannot add actions the module lacks. A ready-made Cloud VPS WHMCS Theme with its own order form and CMS addon is on the module store if its design suits you.

I have built websites, WHMCS modules and web apps for clients since before AI coding tools existed. Today I build with AI-assisted tools and review every change myself, which is why fixed prices here are lower than an agency's for the same scope. I work while the US, Canada and Australia sleep, so each morning there is progress on your staging link.

Questions about this package
Will the theme work with my provisioning module?
It works with any module that uses the standard WHMCS client area output and custom buttons, which covers the common VPS and cloud modules. I build and test on a staging copy with your module and a test server, so the server page is checked against real data before you switch it on.
Can customers change the operating system after ordering?
Only if your module offers a reinstall action with a choice of template. When it does, the theme shows that action on the server page with the same OS logos as the cart. When it does not, the OS is chosen once at checkout and changed by your staff.
Can you show live CPU and bandwidth graphs?
Premium adds a resource panel that displays the usage figures your module returns. If the module returns none, there is nothing reliable to draw, and I tell you during scoping instead of building an empty panel. Adding metrics to a module is separate module work.
How ordering a package works
-
1
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.
-
2
Send your content
A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.
-
3
I build it
I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.
-
4
Launch and handover
After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.
One-time price, no monthly fee from me
You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
