What is a custom WHMCS theme, and how is it different from a restyle?

A restyle changes the colors, fonts and header of the theme you already run. A custom theme is designed around one kind of business from the first page: the dashboard shows what that customer checks first, the service page carries the details their product needs, and the order form drops every field that does not apply. Every package here delivers three parts that work together: a client area theme kept in its own folder as a child theme, an order form template, and a small addon module where your staff set the logo, colors, menus and texts. If you only need your current theme brought in line with your website, WHMCS theme customization is the smaller job.

How does a theme project run?

I start with a page list we agree on: which client area pages, which order form steps and which settings belong in the addon. The build happens on a staging copy of your WHMCS with your real products, so plan cards, prices and configurable options show exactly what customers will see. Prices and product names always come from WHMCS rather than being typed into templates, so a price change in the admin shows everywhere at once. You review the theme on staging, and WHMCS lets an admin preview a theme in their own session, so the switch on your live install happens only after you approve it.

Do I have to start from a blank page?

No. If a ready-made design already fits, the themes I sell in the module store cost less than any package here: one for hosting and domains, one for IPTV and one for cloud and VPS sellers, each with its own order form and settings addon. A package makes sense when your niche, layout or order flow differs from those, or when you want a theme that carries your brand and nobody else's.

What is not included in a fixed price?

  • Your WHMCS license, hosting and any commercial addons, paid to their vendors.
  • Provisioning modules. The theme displays what your panel module returns; a new module is a separate job in the WHMCS services packages.
  • Logo design, artwork, product photos and marketing copy beyond the theme's own labels.
  • Pages of third-party addons that render their own templates, which I list after a check.

How ordering a package works

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.

  2. 2

    Send your content

A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.

  3. 3

    I build it

I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.

One-time price, no monthly fee from me

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.

What I do not build

Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.

Ordering from the US, Canada or Australia

Most of my clients are in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. Here is how an order works from those time zones.

Work happens while you sleep
I work from India. Your evening in New York, Toronto or Los Angeles, or your night in Sydney or Perth, is my working day, so each day's progress is waiting on your staging link when you start.
One price in US dollars
You pay the listed USD price by card, PayPal or crypto; your bank converts from CAD or AUD. My invoice from India carries no US sales tax, Canadian GST/HST or Australian GST. If your business has to self-assess tax on imported services, your accountant will tell you.
Payments your customers already use
Stripe, PayPal and Square work in all three countries. I connect the gateway you open in your own business name, so the money goes straight to you.
Hosting and domains in your country
Your site can sit in a US, Canadian or Australian data center, on a .com, .ca or .com.au domain registered in your name. Country domains have their own eligibility rules, which I check before you register.

Questions about custom whmcs themes

Will a custom theme break when WHMCS updates?

Less often than an edited stock theme. The theme lives in its own folder as a child of the WHMCS system theme, and the order form and addon sit in their own folders too, so an update replaces the parent and leaves your files alone. Major releases sometimes change template variables, which is why Premium includes a retest after the next WHMCS release.

Do I get the source code of the theme and the addon?

Yes. You receive the unencoded Smarty templates, CSS, JavaScript and the addon's PHP source, with a short readme on installing the theme and switching it on. The theme is built for your brand only, and you can change it, host it or hand it to another developer later without asking me.

Can my staff change the theme after delivery without a developer?

For everyday changes, yes. The settings addon holds the logo, colors and contact details, and from Business up the menus and page texts, with the original wording kept as a fallback when a field is left empty. Plans and prices always come from your WHMCS products, so a new plan appears without anyone editing a template.
