MarketPilot AI Email and WhatsApp Marketing for WHMCS
Email and WhatsApp campaigns inside WHMCS, with AI copywriting, visual workflows, safe bulk sending and revenue traced to each campaign.
What does MarketPilot do?
It brings outreach and its results into the WHMCS admin area. A sync builds a contact for every client and classes them as active, inactive, dormant, dead or lead, tagged by product category and client type. You can add imported lists on top. From there you pick or build a segment, choose one of 30 ready-made templates or write your own copy, check it for spam risk, and send. A cron worker delivers at the rate you set, and when a recipient who clicked or opened it pays an invoice within the attribution window, that revenue is credited to the campaign.
What is included?
| Area | What you get |
|---|---|
| Audience | WHMCS client sync, lifecycle stages, rule-based segments and ready-made ones such as dead clients, at risk of churn and expiring in 7 days |
| Import | Drag-and-drop CSV import that streams large files, maps columns, removes duplicates and sets bad rows aside with a reason |
| Sending | ZeptoMail, Mailgun, SendGrid or your WHMCS mail settings, plus the WhatsApp Cloud API |
| AI | Copy writing and rewriting, subject lines, import cleanup, spam scoring, campaign analysis and a copilot that drafts whole campaigns |
| Workflows | A visual canvas with triggers, waits, conditions, A/B splits, email, WhatsApp, webhooks, AI steps and goals |
| Deliverability | SPF and DMARC check before sending, domain warm-up, rate limits, frequency cap, bounce and complaint handling, one-click unsubscribe |
| Results | Opens, clicks, unsubscribes and paid invoice revenue per campaign |
| Ads and sheets | Server-side conversions to Meta and Google Ads, a return on ad spend view, and two-way Google Sheets sync |
How is the AI used?
AI runs on Anthropic's Claude models with your own API key, and you set a monthly spend cap. Every AI feature has a fallback: without a key, column mapping uses header matching, spam scoring uses rule checks and you write the copy yourself. The copilot reads your contact and campaign data, asks a few questions, then builds the segment, copy and campaign as drafts. It never sends; a person reviews and starts every campaign.
Who should use it?
It suits hosting, VPN, web design and other service businesses on WHMCS that want to win back lapsed clients, remind customers before renewals and see which messages paid for themselves, without exporting their client list to a separate marketing platform.
What do you need, and what is outside its scope?
Requirements: WHMCS 8.0 to 9.x, PHP 7.4 or newer with curl, openssl, mbstring and json, MySQL 5.7 or MariaDB 10.2 or newer, a cron job every minute, and a sending domain with SPF and DKIM set up. Email provider, WhatsApp, Anthropic, Google and Meta accounts are your own.
Limits: you must have a lawful basis to contact the people you import. Ad spend is matched to revenue by the utm_campaign tag, so your ad links need it. The bounce webhook has to be registered with your email provider for bounces and complaints to be caught.
It costs $299 once for a lifetime license with twelve months of updates and support, an instant download and license key, and a seven-day refund window.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an AI subscription to use MarketPilot?
<p>No. AI is optional. Add an Anthropic API key to get copy writing, import cleanup, spam scoring and the campaign copilot, with a monthly spend cap you control. Without a key, each of those has a rule-based fallback and the rest of the module works the same.</p>
How does it know which campaign made money?
<p>Opens and clicks are recorded through signed tracking links. When a contact pays a WHMCS invoice, the payment is credited to the campaign they last clicked within the attribution window you set, or the one they last opened if there was no click. Each invoice is counted once, and the campaign page shows revenue next to opens and clicks.</p>
Will bulk sending hurt my email reputation?
<p>MarketPilot checks SPF and DMARC before it lets you send, ramps a new domain up over about two weeks, caps sends per minute and per day, and suppresses hard bounces and complainers. Register the bounce webhook it shows you, keep your lists clean, and only email people who agreed to hear from you.</p>
