Product Bundles and Packs Module for WHMCS

Group WHMCS products into one discounted pack that provisions every item, appears as a single bundle and can be upgraded later.

WHMCS 8.13 PHP 8.1+

What does the bundles module do?

It lets you group products you already sell in WHMCS into a pack, give that pack its own price, and keep it together after the sale. WHMCS has a simple bundle option on the order form, but once the order is through, the items live on as separate services. This module looks after the whole life of the pack: how it is priced, how every item in it gets set up, how it appears to the customer, and how it changes when the customer needs more or less.

A common setup is a starter, business and pro ladder, where each step adds products and each pack costs less than buying its items one by one.

What is included?

AreaWhat the module handles
Pack buildingSeveral products and services combined into one pack
PricingPricing rules and a bundle discount for each pack
ProvisioningEvery item in the pack set up automatically on activation
Later changesUpgrade or downgrade to a bigger or smaller pack
Client areaThe pack displayed as a single bundle rather than separate services

Who is it for?

Hosting companies with more than one thing to offer each customer. You can pair hosting with a backup or email product, a VPS with a management plan, or a site with a monthly maintenance service, and present the result as a single offer with a clear saving. Agencies that put hosting and support into one monthly price use it the same way, and any WHMCS business can use it to raise order value without inventing new products.

How should I price a pack?

Keep each pack to a few items that belong together, name it after the customer it suits, and pick a discount that still leaves you a profit once every item is running. A saving the customer can see at a glance makes the choice easy. An upgrade path from one pack to the next gives growing customers an obvious next step, and they move the whole bundle at once instead of changing each service separately.

What do you need, and what are the limits?

Requirements: WHMCS 8.13 and PHP 8.1 or newer. Packs are made from the products already set up in your WHMCS, so configure and test those first.

Limits: the module combines and prices products you have; it does not create the products themselves or their server connections. If an item cannot be provisioned on its own, it will not provision inside a pack either.

It costs $49 once for a lifetime license with twelve months of updates and support, an instant download and license key, and a seven-day refund window.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the bundle option already in WHMCS?

<p>The built-in option groups products on the order form, and after the order they behave as separate services. This module keeps the pack together: it provisions every item, shows the pack as one bundle in the client area, and lets the customer move between packs later.</p>

Can a customer move to a bigger pack later?

<p>Yes. Customers can upgrade or downgrade between packs, so a client who outgrows a starter pack moves to the next one as a whole instead of changing each service separately.</p>

Are all the items in a pack set up automatically?

<p>Yes. When the pack is activated, the module provisions every item in it, so nobody on your team has to set up the services one at a time. Each item still relies on its own WHMCS product setup, so test those products before you add them to a pack.</p>
