For web hosting, VPS and reseller companies running WHMCS. The bot answers pre-sales questions about your plans, and for a logged-in client it can check their services, due invoices and open tickets through the WHMCS API, so a question like why is my site suspended gets an answer tied to their own account.
Hosting support is my daily work, since I build WHMCS modules and run the technical side of a hosting company, so the guardrails are strict: the bot reads only the logged-in client's own records, cannot touch billing, and files a ticket in the matching department when a person is needed.

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
