About this package
I build a site for a CPA firm, bookkeeper or tax practice serving local businesses and households: a page for bookkeeping, payroll, tax returns and advisory, a fee guide that filters out poor-fit inquiries, and an upload form that is safer than email attachments. It suits practices that want fewer back-and-forth emails during filing season.
How client documents arrive
On Business and Premium, clients send W-2s, receipts or bank statements through an upload form on the site. Files land in a private folder the public cannot browse, and you get an email with a link and the client's name. That is a better habit than attachments, though it is not a full portal with e-signatures and organizers.
Portals and software you already pay for
If your practice uses TaxDome, Canopy, Karbon or a similar portal, the Premium plan links it from a client login button rather than rebuilding it. Booking uses your Calendly or Microsoft Bookings link so new clients choose a consultation slot themselves.
- A fee guide or starting prices for each service tells a sole trader and a limited company what to expect.
- The filing deadline page lists the dates you choose, and you update them each year from the dashboard.
- Downloadable checklists, such as what to bring for a personal tax return, cut down on missing documents.
Whose words go on the site
Any tax guidance, deadline note or newsletter content is your firm's own text; I format and publish it but I do not write tax or accounting advice. Credentials such as CPA, EA, ACCA or CA are shown exactly as you hold them.

I have built websites, WHMCS modules and web apps for clients since before AI coding tools existed. Today I build with AI-assisted tools and review every change myself, which is why fixed prices here are lower than an agency's for the same scope. I work while the US, Canada and Australia sleep, so each morning there is progress on your staging link.

Questions about this package
Is the upload form as secure as a client portal?
It is safer than email, because files travel over HTTPS and sit in a private folder rather than in inboxes. A dedicated portal adds encryption at rest, client logins, e-signatures and audit trails. For a practice with many returns, the portal is the better tool, and the site links to it.
Will the deadline page update itself each year?
No. Deadlines change with legislation and differ by country and state, so the page is a list you control. Each year you edit the dates in the dashboard, which takes a few minutes. That keeps your firm, not a plugin, responsible for what clients read.
Can I post tax tips on the site?
Yes. Premium includes a newsletter signup, and any page or post can carry your articles. I format and publish them, add a disclaimer you approve, and can schedule posts ahead. The advice itself is written by your firm.
How ordering a package works
-
1
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.
-
2
Send your content
A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.
-
3
I build it
I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.
-
4
Launch and handover
After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.
One-time price, no monthly fee from me
You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
