About this package
This package adds a pricing and comparison page to your hosting website that reads plan prices straight from WHMCS, so the number on the site always matches the number in the cart. It is for hosts who change prices in the WHMCS admin and then forget the website, until a client asks why the invoice is higher than the page.
Where the numbers come from
The page calls the WHMCS API action GetProducts with a dedicated API credential limited to read-only actions and your web server's IP. Responses are cached for a few minutes, so a busy pricing page does not hit WHMCS on every visit, and a price change in the admin shows up shortly after. If WHMCS cannot be reached, the page shows the last cached prices rather than an empty table.
Toggles, currencies and badges
On Business, a monthly and yearly toggle shows the saving calculated from your real cycle prices, not a typed-in percentage that drifts out of date. A currency switch uses the currencies you defined in WHMCS, with their own rounded prices. Premium reads active promotions and shows them as badges, and lets a buyer pick any three plans to compare side by side.
- Feature rows (disk, bandwidth, sites, backups) are edited in a simple admin, because WHMCS does not store them in a structured way.
- Each order button opens the right product and billing cycle in the WHMCS cart.
- Product structured data is generated from the same prices the visitor sees.
What this does not cover
It adds pricing pages to a site you already have; it does not redesign the rest of it or change your WHMCS products. If your site runs on a builder that cannot run server-side code, I host the pricing component on a subdomain or embed it, and say which before starting.

I have built websites, WHMCS modules and web apps for clients since before AI coding tools existed. Today I build with AI-assisted tools and review every change myself, which is why fixed prices here are lower than an agency's for the same scope. I work while the US, Canada and Australia sleep, so each morning there is progress on your staging link.

Questions about this package
Is it safe to connect my website to the WHMCS API?
Yes, when the credential is limited. I create an API role that can only read products and promotions, restrict it to your web server's IP, and keep the secret outside the web root. The page never sees client data, because it never asks for any.
My website is on WordPress. Does that work?
Yes. On WordPress I build it as a small plugin with a shortcode or block, so you place the table on any page and keep editing the rest of the site as usual. The plugin holds the API settings and the feature rows in its own admin screen.
What happens to prices during a WHMCS outage or upgrade?
The page keeps showing the last prices it fetched and retries in the background. Visitors see the same table, only the order buttons lead to the cart, which will be unavailable until WHMCS is back. Nothing on the page breaks or goes blank.
How ordering a package works
-
1
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.
-
2
Send your content
A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.
-
3
I build it
I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.
-
4
Launch and handover
After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.
One-time price, no monthly fee from me
You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
