This package builds a niche job board where employers buy posting credits and publish vacancies, and candidates apply with a saved profile and CV. Boards focused on one industry, region or type of work are where a small site can still compete with the large ones, because employers in that niche want candidates who are actually in it.

Employer side and candidate side

Employers register and you approve them before their first post. Each job expires after the number of days you set, so the board never fills with stale vacancies. Candidates search by role, location and remote option, then apply with a CV upload. On Business, employers buy single posts or credit packs by Stripe or PayPal, add featured or urgent upgrades, and review applicants in their own dashboard; candidates sign up for email alerts that match their search.

Google for Jobs

On Business and Premium every job page outputs JobPosting structured data with salary, location type and expiry date, which is what Google reads to show jobs in its job search panel. Whether a post appears there is decided by Google. Expired posts are marked as expired in the data, which Google expects.

For boards with steady employers
