For teams that check the same public pages or feeds by hand every day: public tender notices, open government data, prices you are permitted to monitor, or your own sites. Before writing code I read each source's robots.txt and terms of use, and where an official API or feed exists I use it instead of parsing HTML.
Collection runs on a schedule with polite rate limits and an honest user agent. Records are validated, deduplicated and written to PostgreSQL, Google Sheets or CSV, with an alert when a source changes its layout. No login, paywall or CAPTCHA bypassing.

One-time price, no monthly fee from me
You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
