About this package
A recurring community event, such as a street fair, cultural festival, charity walk or neighborhood cleanup, gets a website from me with the date, a location map, the schedule, registration and a thank-you section for sponsors. Visitors find the practical details in seconds, and the site carries over to next year's event.
What visitors and participants need
The event page gives the date, opening times and a map with entrances, stages or the route, plus practical notes on accessibility, parking, public transport and what to bring. The schedule lists performances or activities by time or stage. Starter takes free registration, enough for a cleanup or a free festival that needs headcounts.
Tickets, stalls and sponsors
Business sells tickets by Stripe or PayPal, for example entry tickets or race entries, and adds application forms for vendors, stall holders and performers, so applications arrive in one format instead of scattered emails. A sponsor section shows logos with links, and a gallery holds photos from the day.
- Premium adds a multi-day schedule that visitors filter by day, stage or type of activity.
- A check-in list on event day lets volunteers mark arrivals from a phone.
- Registrants receive email updates about weather, route changes or start times.
- Each year gets an archive page, and the site is reused by changing dates rather than rebuilding.
Permits and insurance
Road closures, event permits, food vendor licences and liability insurance are arranged with your local council and insurer. The site can publish the rules they set, such as vendor requirements, and collect certificates from vendors as uploads you check yourself.

I have built websites, WHMCS modules and web apps for clients since before AI coding tools existed. Today I build with AI-assisted tools and review every change myself, which is why fixed prices here are lower than an agency's for the same scope. I work while the US, Canada and Australia sleep, so each morning there is progress on your staging link.

Questions about this package
How do volunteers check people in on the day?
On Business and Premium each ticket carries a unique number in the confirmation email, and on Premium volunteers search that number or a name in the check-in list on a phone. A scannable QR code can be added as separate work. For large festivals with gates and wristbands, a dedicated ticketing service fits better, and I can link to it.
Can vendors pay a stall fee through the site?
Yes. Once you approve a vendor application on Business or Premium, you send them a payment link for the stall fee through Stripe or PayPal. Approval stays manual because most organizers want to balance the mix of stalls.
What if the event is postponed or cancelled?
A site-wide banner explains the change, and on Premium every registrant gets an email. Refunds for paid tickets are issued from the payment provider or the admin under your refund policy. Dates update in one place and the schedule moves with them.
How ordering a package works
-
1
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.
-
2
Send your content
A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.
-
3
I build it
I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.
-
4
Launch and handover
After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.
One-time price, no monthly fee from me
You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
