Faith Community Website

A church, mosque, temple, synagogue, gurdwara or other faith community gets a site here that shows gathering or prayer times, welcomes first-time visitors, lists events and classes, and takes online giving. Most visitors want two answers, when to come and what to expect, so the home page leads with both.

For the person visiting for the first time

The welcome section explains what happens at a gathering, what people usually wear, whether children stay or go to their own program, and where to park or enter if access is needed. The address shows on a map with parking and accessibility notes. Times update from the admin, so a seasonal schedule, a holiday change or a moving prayer timetable is a quick edit rather than a phone call to whoever built the site.

Weekly life and giving

On Business, an events calendar handles recurring dates, such as a weekly study circle or a monthly community meal, entered once with a repeat rule. Talks, sermons or lessons are posted from YouTube or a podcast feed, so the latest one appears on its own. Contact and request forms cover prayer requests, hall bookings or pastoral visits, each routed to the right person. Online giving runs through Stripe or PayPal accounts held in the community's name.

• Premium adds groups and classes people can sign up for, such as youth groups or language classes.
• A volunteer rota lets members claim a slot for welcoming, cleaning or catering.
• A live stream page shows your stream when you are live and the latest recording when you are not.
• Newsletter signup feeds the email tool you already use.

Your words, your images

I build the structure and keep it neutral. The language, teaching, imagery and how you describe your tradition are entirely yours to provide.
