About this package

This package builds an integrations directory for a SaaS website: a filterable index plus a page for every integration, such as yourdomain.com/integrations/hubspot, all generated from one data source so adding an integration means adding a record, not designing a page. It is for products that connect to many tools, natively, through Zapier or Make, or through partners, and whose current integrations page is a grid of logos with no detail behind them.

What each integration record holds

Name, logo, category, a short summary, what syncs in each direction, triggers and actions, setup steps, the plan required, status (live, beta or planned), who built it and a link to the related help article. On Starter the records sit in a data file in your repository; Business moves them into a headless CMS or Laravel admin panel; Premium can read them straight from your app's integrations API, so the site and the product never disagree.

Pages that deserve to be indexed

People search for "your product plus HubSpot" when they are close to buying, which is why these pages matter. They only help when each one says something specific. From Business up, a page stays out of search results until its setup steps and use case are filled in, and the sitemap lists only complete pages. Planned integrations appear in the directory with a request button but no indexed page, and no promised date.

  • Each page shows related integrations from the same category.
  • Structured data describes every integration for search engines.
  • A request form tells you which missing integrations buyers ask for most; Premium counts votes.
  • Premium adds a partner submission form with a review queue and embeds of Zapier or Make templates.

Building the integrations themselves is not part of this package. Logo use follows each partner's brand guidelines, which you confirm.

I have built websites, WHMCS modules and web apps for clients since before AI coding tools existed. Today I build with AI-assisted tools and review every change myself, which is why fixed prices here are lower than an agency's for the same scope. I work while the US, Canada and Australia sleep, so each morning there is progress on your staging link.

Questions about this package

Do I need permission to show partner logos?

Most software companies publish brand guidelines that allow their logo to show an integration exists, and some partner programs ask for approval first. I follow the guidelines you send and use the plain product name where a logo is not cleared. Questions about trademark use belong with your own legal advisor.

Will a hundred similar pages hurt us in search?

They can, if pages differ only by the partner's name. That is why each record needs its own setup steps, sync details and use case, and why from Business up an incomplete page stays out of the index until it is filled in. Fewer complete pages work better than many empty ones.

Can we list integrations that are not built yet?

Yes, with the status planned. They show in the directory with a request button so you can gauge demand, but get no indexed page and no date, because a page promising an integration that slips is worse than no page. Once it ships, change the status and the page publishes.

How ordering a package works

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.

  2. 2

    Send your content

A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.

  3. 3

    I build it

I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.

One-time price, no monthly fee from me

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.

What I do not build

Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
