SaaS Websites

SaaS website design and build for software companies that already have a product: the marketing site visitors see before they sign up, with pricing tables, docs, a changelog, status page, integrations directory and honest comparison pages. Built in Next.js or Laravel, with your trial and demo funnel tracked from the first click. Fixed prices from $279.

SaaS Websites: 8 packages

What does SaaS website design cover beyond a home page?

A SaaS marketing website is the part of a software company that a visitor sees before signing up: the pages that explain the product, show what it costs, prove it is maintained and answer the security questions a buyer's IT team will ask. Each of those pages has one job, and every one of them ends at the same place, your trial or demo signup. The packages below cover those pages one by one, so a company with a decent home page but no docs, or a messy pricing page, can fix only what is missing.

Is this the marketing site or the product itself?

The marketing site only. These packages link into your app's signup, pricing parameters and analytics, but they do not build accounts, billing, dashboards or the features your customers pay for. If you still need the software, that is a different project: see SaaS development for building the product, and come back here when there is something to market.

How is a SaaS marketing website different from a company brochure site?

  • Signup is the goal of every page. Trial and demo buttons carry the plan, billing interval and campaign into the app, even when signup happens on a separate subdomain.
  • Pricing is a product decision. Plan tables with a monthly and annual toggle, seat or usage limits, and an enterprise route for larger buyers.
  • Trust is checked, not assumed. Buyers look for a security page, a subprocessor list, a status page and a changelog that shows recent work.
  • Screenshots go stale. Product images and demos need refreshing every time the interface changes, so I document how to retake them.
  • The funnel is measured. Named events from page view to completed signup, sent to GA4, PostHog or Segment.

Everything is built in Next.js or Laravel, with a headless CMS or MDX files where your team needs to edit without a developer. I do not build in Webflow or Framer, though I regularly move sites off them.

What is not included in a fixed price?

Hosting, domains, CMS and search subscriptions, analytics tools, email sending services and AI API usage are paid to those providers, in your name. Page copy, customer quotes and security facts come from you unless a package or extra says otherwise. Changes inside your app beyond reading signup parameters are quoted separately. No package promises search rankings, trial numbers or revenue; the work makes the pages clear, fast and measurable.

How ordering a package works

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.

  2. 2

    Send your content

A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.

  3. 3

    I build it

I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.

One-time price, no monthly fee from me

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.

What I do not build

Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.

Ordering from the US, Canada or Australia

Most of my clients are in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. Here is how an order works from those time zones.

Work happens while you sleep
I work from India. Your evening in New York, Toronto or Los Angeles, or your night in Sydney or Perth, is my working day, so each day's progress is waiting on your staging link when you start.
One price in US dollars
You pay the listed USD price by card, PayPal or crypto; your bank converts from CAD or AUD. My invoice from India carries no US sales tax, Canadian GST/HST or Australian GST. If your business has to self-assess tax on imported services, your accountant will tell you.
Payments your customers already use
Stripe, PayPal and Square work in all three countries. I connect the gateway you open in your own business name, so the money goes straight to you.
Hosting and domains in your country
Your site can sit in a US, Canadian or Australian data center, on a .com, .ca or .com.au domain registered in your name. Country domains have their own eligibility rules, which I check before you register.

Questions about saas websites

Do you design the site or only build it?

Both. If you have a Figma file, I build from it section by section. If you do not, I design from your logo, colors, product screenshots and two or three sites you like, and share the home page first so you can steer the look before the remaining pages follow the same system.

Why don't you offer Webflow or Framer builds?

They suit many teams, but I work in code: a Next.js or Laravel site can share components, login state and analytics with your app, has no per-editor fees, and lives in your own repository. If you want to stay on Webflow or Framer, a specialist in that tool is a better fit, and I will say so.

Who owns the code and accounts when the work is done?

You do. The repository, hosting, CMS, analytics and email accounts are created in your company's name from the start, and I work with access you grant and can remove. There is no license fee, and the README explains how to run, edit and deploy the site.
