What I built
Fada.cloud is a hosting + cloud infrastructure business where I act as technical lead. I run platform architecture, backend engineering, and the technical hiring decisions. The role combines hands-on Laravel work, AWS architecture, and team direction.
The platform serves both consumer hosting and B2B cloud customers, with WHMCS for billing and a custom-built admin layer for the operations team.

The challenge
Scaling a hosting platform to handle B2B workloads while keeping consumer hosting profitable.
How I solved it
Refactored billing system, introduced workload isolation, and rebuilt the admin tooling so the ops team can move 5× faster.
The outcome
Customer base doubled.
Support tickets per customer cut in half.
