What I built

<p>I developed a custom AI-driven WhatsApp marketing automation platform for ElyWa, combining both WhatsApp Cloud API and WhatsApp Web API to help businesses engage audiences more effectively. The goal was to create a unified operator console for messaging, broadcasts, and analytics.</p><p>The website features a clean, dashboard-focused interface with real-time metrics (128.4k messages ↑12.3%, 24,910 replies ↑8.1%, 3,201 conversions ↑22.4%, audience growth ↑18.2%). I implemented AI chatbot system with NLP-based keyword triggers and fully trainable AI, shared inbox with assignments and quick replies, campaign management with drag-and-drop flow builder and segmented audiences, lead collection using Web Scraper with Google Maps API to collect and verify WhatsApp numbers, and AI AutoPilot for automated replies with custom training on business data. Key integrations include WhatsApp Cloud API, Stripe, Razorpay, Shopify, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Zapier, and 100+ applications via REST API and webhooks.</p><p>Special attention was given to showcasing enterprise features including auto-escalation to humans, tone presets, and real-time typing indicators. The final result is a professional SaaS platform that helps ElyWa attract businesses and drive subscriptions.</p>

The challenge

SaaS platforms need real-time metrics, AI capabilities, and integration showcases. ElyWa required a platform displaying live dashboard stats, NLP-based AI chatbot, and 100+ integrations .
