What does the credit history addon do?
It tracks how each WHMCS client has paid over time and calculates a credit score from that record, using rules you can adjust. Credit here means how far you can trust a client to pay on time. It is separate from the WHMCS account credit balance that clients apply to invoices, and this addon does not touch that balance.

Who is it for?
Any WHMCS business that does not give every client the same payment terms. How should I use the score?
As a starting point, not a verdict. Set your scoring rules once, for example how much weight a late payment carries, and the addon keeps scores current as clients pay. Combine the score with what you know about the client, apply the rules the same way to everyone, and review them from time to time so they still match your policy. For brand-new accounts with no payment history yet, an identity check at signup tells you more; I sell a separate KYC verification module for that.
What do you need, and what are the limits?
Requirements: WHMCS 8.x (I confirm the exact version with you at purchase) and PHP 8.1 or newer. It installs and activates like any other addon module from the WHMCS admin area.
Limits: the score comes only from payment history inside your WHMCS and the rules you set. The addon does not check credit bureaus or any outside data, so a client with little history has little to score.
