Per-Client Resource Pricing Manager for WHMCS

Give each WHMCS client their own price per CPU core, GB of RAM and GB of storage, and hold back orders until you approve them.

WHMCS 8.13.1+ PHP 8.1+

What does the resource pricing manager do?

It replaces one price list for everybody with a price list per client. On a VPS or server product you build the order form from WHMCS configurable options, such as CPU cores, RAM and storage, and leave their default prices at zero. In the addon you open a client, pick their currency, and enter a monthly and a yearly unit price for each option. When that client configures the product, the cart, the checkout total, the invoice and any later upgrade are worked out from their own prices.

Ordering is gated. Every new client gets a pricing record set to pending, and while a client is pending, suspended or not approved, the order buttons in the client area are disabled, a banner explains why, and checkout is refused on the server side. Visitors who are not logged in cannot order either.

Who should use it?

It suits cloud, VPS and dedicated server providers who sell to businesses on negotiated rates, resellers with partner pricing, and anyone who vets new accounts before letting them order. If you currently create a hidden product per customer or fix invoices by hand after each order, this does the same job from one screen.

What do you need, and what is outside its scope?

Requirements: WHMCS 8.13.1 or newer, PHP 8.1 or newer, and products that use configurable options for the resources you price. The admin list shows CPU, RAM and storage prices for options whose names contain cpu, ram or memory, and storage, disk or ssd.

Limits: the addon prices configurable options, not the base product price. It does not provision servers; pair it with the provisioning module you already use. The disabled buttons depend on the client area theme using standard WHMCS cart forms, so test a heavily customized theme first; the server-side checkout check applies either way.

It costs $129 once for a lifetime license with twelve months of updates and support, an instant download and license key, and a seven-day refund window.

Frequently asked questions

Can two clients see different prices for the same VPS plan?

<p>Yes. Each client has their own unit prices for the configurable options on that plan, such as the price per CPU core or per GB of RAM. When they configure the product, the cart and invoice use their prices, so two clients ordering the same resources can pay different amounts.</p>

What does a new client see before I approve them?

<p>They can log in and browse, but order and checkout buttons are disabled and a banner tells them their account is pending approval and asks them to contact support. If they try to submit the cart anyway, checkout is refused on the server.</p>

How do I raise prices for many clients at once?

<p>Select the clients in the list and use the bulk tools. You can apply a pricing template, raise or lower all their prices by a percentage, set fixed prices, or change their status. Each change is written to the audit log.</p>
