About this package
This package builds invoicing for a wholesaler, distributor, manufacturer or B2B service firm that sells on account: quotes that turn into invoices, purchase order numbers on every document, net 15, 30 or 60 payment terms, credit limits and monthly statements. A plain invoicing portal sends a bill and takes a card; this one handles the credit side of business sales, which is where spreadsheets usually break.
From quote to cash
Your sales team builds a quote from your price list and sends it as a PDF. When the buyer accepts, one click turns it into an invoice with the same lines, the customer's PO number and a due date calculated from their terms. Accounts that require a PO cannot be invoiced without one, which saves the rejected-invoice emails from a buyer's accounts payable team.
- Credit limits on Business: an order that would push an account over its limit is held for approval.
- Statements list every open invoice with aging buckets of current, 30, 60 and 90 days past due.
- Partial payments and one remittance covering several invoices are matched line by line.
- Early-payment discounts, such as 2/10 net 30, apply when payment arrives inside the window.
Matching the size of your customer list
Starter suits a firm with a few dozen trade accounts that needs proper terms and PO numbers. Business is for a team that chases payments every week and wants statements, aging and an accounting sync. Premium adds approval steps for large quotes, blanket POs that draw down a balance, customer-specific price lists and notes for collections calls.
What you decide
Credit decisions, terms and collection policy stay yours; the system enforces the rules you set. Card and ACH fees are paid to your gateway, and accounting software subscriptions to Intuit or Xero.

I have built websites, WHMCS modules and web apps for clients since before AI coding tools existed. Today I build with AI-assisted tools and review every change myself, which is why fixed prices here are lower than an agency's for the same scope. I work while the US, Canada and Australia sleep, so each morning there is progress on your staging link.

Questions about this package
Can a customer pay one invoice partly by check and partly by card?
Yes. Each payment is recorded separately against the invoice, which stays partly paid until the balance reaches zero. The statement and aging report show the remaining amount, and the accounting sync posts each payment with its own method and date so your books match the bank.
What happens when a customer goes over their credit limit?
On Business and Premium, a new invoice or order that would exceed the limit is held, and the people you name get an email to approve or refuse it. You can also put an account on hold by hand. Nothing is blocked silently, and every override is logged with who approved it.
Can I still invoice customers who pay upfront by card?
Yes. Terms are set per account, so a cash customer gets due-on-receipt invoices with a card or ACH pay link while trade customers keep net terms. A PO requirement is also per account, so small buyers are not asked for one.
How ordering a package works
-
1
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.
-
2
Send your content
A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.
-
3
I build it
I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.
-
4
Launch and handover
After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.
One-time price, no monthly fee from me
You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
