About this package

This package takes an app whose code is finished and gets it onto the App Store, Google Play or both: signed release builds, a complete store listing, privacy answers and the submission itself, all under developer accounts in your name. It suits founders whose developer has moved on, agencies without a Mac or store experience, and teams who have a working build but keep getting stuck at review.

Your accounts, my hands

You enroll in the Apple Developer Program and register a Google Play Console account, as a person or a company, and pay their fees directly. Company enrollment with Apple needs a D-U-N-S number, which can take days to arrive, so start early. You then invite me as a team member. I never publish a client app under my own account, because whoever holds the account controls the app's updates and its income.

What I prepare for the reviewers

  • An Android App Bundle signed through Play App Signing, and an iOS build archived in Xcode on my Mac.
  • Apple's App Privacy answers and Google's Data safety form, matched to what the app and its SDKs really collect.
  • A demo login and review notes, so the reviewer can reach every screen.
  • Permission texts that explain why the app asks for the camera, location or contacts.
  • A check for in-app account deletion, which both stores expect when users can sign up; if it is missing, I flag it before submitting.

Where my part ends

Approval, review time and store ranking are Apple's and Google's decisions. When a build is rejected, I read the reviewer's note, explain the cause and resubmit within the plan's resubmission count. Changes to the app's code are not part of Starter or Business; Premium includes a few hours of them, and larger changes get their own quote. Google may ask a new personal account to run a closed test with a group of testers before production access opens, and that waiting time sits outside the plan's delivery days.

I have built websites, WHMCS modules and web apps for clients since before AI coding tools existed. Today I build with AI-assisted tools and review every change myself, which is why fixed prices here are lower than an agency's for the same scope. I work while the US, Canada and Australia sleep, so each morning there is progress on your staging link.

Questions about this package

Why can't you publish my app under your own account?

Because the account holder controls the app. Whoever owns the developer account decides on updates, receives the income and can remove the listing, and moving an app between accounts later is slow on Apple and not always possible on Google. With the account in your name, you can replace any developer, including me, at any time.

What happens if Apple or Google rejects the app?

I read the reviewer's note, tell you in plain words what it means, fix what sits in the listing or privacy answers, and resubmit within your plan's count. If the fix needs changes in the code, Premium covers up to four hours of it; otherwise I quote the change or pass a clear note to your developer.

Google wants my new account to run a closed test first. What is involved?

Google may require a new personal account to run a closed test with a set number of testers for a set period before it allows a production release. I set up the test track and send you the invite link to share with testers. The waiting period is Google's, so it runs alongside the plan rather than inside its delivery days.

How ordering a package works

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.

  2. 2

    Send your content

A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.

  3. 3

    I build it

I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.

One-time price, no monthly fee from me

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.

What I do not build

Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
