Mobile App MVP (Android and iOS)

This package builds the first working version of your app for Android and iOS from one Flutter or React Native codebase, scoped to the few features that show whether people will actually use it. It suits founders who need something real on testers' phones before raising money, hiring a team or paying for a full product.

Cutting the scope to what proves the idea

Before any code, I write a screen list with you and mark each feature as now or later. A first version usually needs sign-up, the one core action, such as booking a session, posting a job or logging a workout, and a way for you to see what users did. Chat and referral schemes usually wait. The written list is what the plan covers, so the scope does not grow quietly.

What sits behind the screens on each plan

• Starter keeps data and login in Firebase, which is free at small volumes. Builds reach testers through TestFlight and a Google Play testing track.
• Business adds a Laravel or NestJS API with versioned routes, a browser admin panel for users and content, push notifications, Sign in with Apple and Google, crash reporting and the store submission.
• Premium adds payments, offline use of the key screens with sync when the signal returns, a second user role such as staff, deep links, and a clickable prototype you approve before the build starts.

What stays yours and what you pay others

The code lives in a Git repository in your name from the first commit, and you open the Apple and Google developer accounts and invite me. Apple's yearly membership, Google's registration fee, Firebase or server hosting above the free tiers, and services such as SMS or maps are billed to you by those providers. Payments follow store rules: digital features sold inside the app go through in-app purchase, while services delivered in the real world can use Stripe. If the idea depends on heavy Bluetooth, augmented reality or a watch app, I say so during scoping, because those parts are written natively and priced separately. SaaS development covers the web side of a product.
