What do these mobile app packages cover?
Each package is a fixed-price piece of work for Android and iOS, built from one Flutter or React Native codebase rather than two separate apps. When an app needs its own server, I build it in Laravel or NestJS on Node.js, with a browser admin panel your staff can use without calling a developer. The packages run from a first version of a new product to the jobs around an app that already exists: publishing it, adding subscriptions or getting it to build again after an SDK change.
Which mobile app package should you start with?
| You need | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A new product tested on real phones | Mobile App MVP | The few screens that prove the idea, with a backend that can grow |
| An app from a site that already works on phones | Website to Mobile App | A native shell with push, offline screens and device features |
| Repeat buyers on a WooCommerce or Laravel store | Ecommerce Mobile App | Catalog, cart and orders read from the store you already run |
| Clients who book appointments | Booking and Appointment App | Live free slots, deposits and push reminders |
| Hosting clients on WHMCS | WHMCS Client Mobile App | Services, invoices, tickets and domains through the WHMCS API |
| A finished app that is not in the stores yet | App Store and Google Play Publishing | Signed builds, listings, privacy forms and the review process |
| To sell premium features or content | In-App Purchases and Subscriptions | Store billing that follows Apple and Google rules, checked on a server |
| An app that crashes or no longer builds | Mobile App Bug Fix and Update | Fixes, framework upgrades and store policy updates |
Flutter or React Native: does the choice matter for a business app?
Less than most people expect. Both produce real installed apps, not web pages in a frame, and both cover forms, lists, bookings, catalogs, accounts, chat and payments, which is what most business apps are made of. React Native fits when your team already writes React or TypeScript and may take the app over later. Flutter fits a heavily custom design that must look identical on both platforms. Home-screen widgets, watch apps and heavy Bluetooth work are written natively in Swift or Kotlin and quoted on their own.
How does mobile app development work on a fixed price?
Every order starts with a written screen list that we both agree on, because a screen removed on paper costs nothing. Test builds reach your phone through TestFlight and a Google Play testing track while the work is under way. You open the Apple and Google developer accounts in your name and invite me, and at the end you receive the repository, the signing keys and the release steps in writing. Apple and Google decide when an app is approved, so no package promises a release date. For a project that does not fit a package, see mobile app development for how custom quotes work.
What is not included in a fixed price?
- Apple's yearly developer membership and Google's one-time registration fee, paid by you to them.
- Server hosting, Firebase usage above the free tier, SMS, maps and other paid services.
- Store commissions on in-app purchases and card fees charged by Stripe or other processors.
- App text, photos and illustrations, unless a package or extra says otherwise.
- Native extensions such as widgets or watch apps, and approval itself, which belongs to Apple and Google.
How ordering a package works
-
1
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.
-
2
Send your content
A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.
-
3
I build it
I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.
-
4
Launch and handover
After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.
One-time price, no monthly fee from me
You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
Ordering from the US, Canada or Australia
Most of my clients are in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. Here is how an order works from those time zones.
- Work happens while you sleep
- I work from India. Your evening in New York, Toronto or Los Angeles, or your night in Sydney or Perth, is my working day, so each day's progress is waiting on your staging link when you start.
- One price in US dollars
- You pay the listed USD price by card, PayPal or crypto; your bank converts from CAD or AUD. My invoice from India carries no US sales tax, Canadian GST/HST or Australian GST. If your business has to self-assess tax on imported services, your accountant will tell you.
- Payments your customers already use
- Stripe, PayPal and Square work in all three countries. I connect the gateway you open in your own business name, so the money goes straight to you.
- Hosting and domains in your country
- Your site can sit in a US, Canadian or Australian data center, on a .com, .ca or .com.au domain registered in your name. Country domains have their own eligibility rules, which I check before you register.

Questions about mobile apps
What does an app cost to run once it is live?
Expect a few running costs that go straight to the providers: Apple's yearly membership, hosting for the API if the app has one, Firebase above its free tier, and usage-based services such as SMS or maps. On top of that, plan for at least one maintenance release a year, because Apple and Google raise their technical requirements with each new system version.
Does every app need its own backend server?
No. An app that shows content from a website or store you already run can read that system's API directly, and a simple first version can keep data in Firebase. A separate Laravel or NestJS backend becomes worth it when you need your own business rules, an admin panel, payments confirmed on a server, or data shared between several apps.
Can the app be in my company's name instead of mine?
Yes, and for a business that is usually the right choice. Apple and Google both accept organization accounts, which show your company as the seller in the store. Apple asks for a D-U-N-S number and a website for the company, and the identity checks can take days, so start enrollment before the build is finished.
