Booking and Appointment App

This package builds a booking app for Android and iOS where your clients choose a service, pick a staff member and a free time slot, and get a push reminder before they arrive. It suits salons, barbers, physiotherapy and wellness studios, personal trainers, tutors and car detailers whose clients book again and again and would rather tap than phone.

How free slots are worked out

Each service has a length and an optional buffer for cleanup or travel. The app shows only the times when a staff member who offers that service is working, not on a break, not on leave and not already booked. The server checks the slot again at the moment of booking, so two clients cannot take the same one. Clients reschedule or cancel inside your cancellation window; outside it, the app asks them to call you.

The admin side and the plans

Behind the app is a Laravel API with a browser admin panel where you add services, set prices and lengths, block time off and see the day's bookings. Starter covers a small team with one location. Business adds deposits or full payment through Stripe, staff working hours and breaks, cancellation rules and a Google Calendar sync, so staff see appointments in the calendar they already use. Premium handles several locations, prepaid bundles such as ten sessions, a waitlist that offers a freed slot by push to the next person, a staff screen with today's schedule, and a review request after the visit.

Limits worth knowing

Appointments are services used in the real world, so Stripe is allowed and the stores take no cut; card fees go to Stripe. Push reminders only reach clients who allowed notifications, so the confirmation email stays on as a fallback, and SMS reminders, if you add them, are billed by Twilio. The app does not store medical notes or treatment records. If your practice needs those, they belong in a system built for clinical data, and the booking app can sit beside it.
