WHMCSReseller APIWhite-label

About this package

This package builds a website and WHMCS checkout for a business selling an upstream provider's white-label VPN under its own brand, where each paid order creates the account through the provider's reseller API. It suits resellers who want their own name, prices and customer relationship without running any servers.

What I check before building

I read your provider's API documentation first and confirm it supports creating, suspending and renewing an account, and resetting a password. If one of those is missing, I tell you which step stays manual before you order, and set WHMCS to open an admin task for it so nothing is forgotten. Rate limits and IP whitelists on the provider's side are configured during setup.

Your brand on every touchpoint

  • The site, cart, welcome email and client area carry your name and colors.
  • Retail prices are set in WHMCS, independent of your wholesale cost.
  • On Business, the admin shows your margin per plan next to the wholesale price.
  • App download links point to the provider's white-label apps under your brand, where they offer them.

Plans for different stages

Starter launches a small site with three plans and automatic account creation. Business adds suspension and renewal through the API, the margin view, a branded client area and card and crypto checkout. Premium suits resellers building their own network: sub-resellers buying at wholesale prices you set, coupons and bundles, a low wholesale balance alert and a sales report by plan.

What the provider controls

Server locations, uptime, app releases and the logging practices of the service belong to your upstream provider, so the site describes them only as the provider documents them. Your reseller agreement decides what you may say about the service and where you may sell it.

I have built websites, WHMCS modules and web apps for clients since before AI coding tools existed. Today I build with AI-assisted tools and review every change myself, which is why fixed prices here are lower than an agency's for the same scope. I work while the US, Canada and Australia sleep, so each morning there is progress on your staging link.

Questions about this package

Can my customers tell which provider I resell?

Not from your site, checkout or emails. Someone technical may spot it from server hostnames or app details, depending on how complete the provider's white-labeling is. I use your domain everywhere I can, and point out any place where the provider's name still shows through.

Who handles support for my customers?

You do, as the brand they bought from. WHMCS gets ticket departments for billing and technical questions, and I add a short internal note on what to escalate to your provider and how. Most providers expect resellers to handle first-line support themselves.

What if my provider changes its API or pricing?

An API change shows up as errors in the WHMCS module log, and I keep all calls in one place so fixes stay small; that work is quoted when it happens. A wholesale price change does not touch your retail prices, but the margin view shows the new gap at once.

How ordering a package works

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.

  2. 2

    Send your content

A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.

  3. 3

    I build it

I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.

One-time price, no monthly fee from me

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.

What I do not build

Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
