VPN Service Websites

Websites for VPN providers and resellers: a brand site with clear pricing, subscription billing through WHMCS or a custom Laravel system that creates VPN accounts on payment, a customer dashboard and app download pages. Fixed prices from $109. You supply the VPN servers and software licenses; I build the website, the billing and the connection between them.

VPN Service Websites: 8 packages

What does a VPN service website need?

It needs to explain plans plainly, take recurring payments, and create a working VPN account the moment someone pays. Around that sit a dashboard for config files and devices, a downloads page for your apps, and a server list that shows what is online. I describe what your service actually does, such as protocols, locations and device limits, and I leave out claims about anonymity or about where a VPN is legal; those statements are yours to make with your own advisor.

What should I have ready for the build?

Have ready your brand colors and logo, your plans with prices and device limits, the protocols you run (WireGuard, OpenVPN, IKEv2 or others), admin or API access to the system that creates VPN users, such as a RADIUS server or your own management API, your app download links, and your privacy policy and terms. Gateway accounts are opened in your company name.

What sits outside the fixed price?

Everything you rent or license from others: VPN servers, VPN software or white-label licenses, the WHMCS license if you choose WHMCS, apps for each platform, domain and hosting. Those bills go to you from each vendor. Your privacy policy and legal terms are not something I draft or review and I do not make claims about logging, anonymity or legality on your behalf. Store approval for apps and search positions are decided by Apple, Google and the search engines.

How ordering a package works

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.

  2. 2

    Send your content

A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.

  3. 3

    I build it

I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.

One-time price, no monthly fee from me

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.

What I do not build

Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.

Questions about vpn service websites

Should I use WHMCS or a custom Laravel billing system?

WHMCS is quicker to launch and already handles invoices, renewals, taxes and support tickets; you pay its license. A Laravel system has no license fee and fits unusual flows, such as app store receipts or family plans, but costs more to build. I recommend one after seeing your plan list.

Can a payment switch on a VPN login with no manual step?

Yes, when your VPN system can be controlled by an API or database, such as a FreeRADIUS server or a WireGuard management API. Payment creates the user, overdue invoices disable it, and renewals restore it. I test each of those steps against a real server before launch.

Will you write that my VPN is anonymous or legal everywhere?

No. I describe features you can show, such as protocols, server locations and device limits, in plain words. Whether a no-logs or privacy claim is accurate, and where your service may be offered, are matters for you and your legal advisor. I build the site; I do not vouch for those claims.
