Core Web Vitals and Mobile Fixes

This package fixes the Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift problems that Search Console reports for your site, together with the mobile layout issues visitors hit on small screens. It is for sites with URLs marked poor or needs improvement in the Core Web Vitals report.

Three metrics, three different causes

• LCP, which Google wants under 2.5 seconds, is usually a large hero image that is lazy-loaded by mistake or a slow server response. Fixes include preloading that image with high fetch priority and serving it at the right size.
• INP, with a target under 200 milliseconds, comes from heavy JavaScript running when someone taps a menu or a button. Third-party embeds get deferred, and long tasks are split or delayed.
• CLS, which should stay under 0.1, comes from images without dimensions, ad slots and cookie banners that push content down, or late-loading web fonts. Reserved space and font fallbacks with matched metrics fix most of it.

Template by template

Search Console groups URLs by similar pages, so I fix the template behind a group rather than single pages: one template on Starter, three on Business and up to eight on Premium. Business also starts the validation in Search Console. Field data covers a rolling 28 days, so I prove each fix with lab tests first, and Premium includes a field data recheck once the window has passed.

Mobile problems found along the way

Tap targets too close together, text too small to read, wide tables that push the page sideways and menus that jump on open are fixed alongside the metrics. On Premium, where a plugin cannot solve the problem, I change theme code directly and leave written notes for your developer or designer. Results depend on real visitors' devices and networks, so I can show the fixes, not promise a date when the report turns green.
