Website Care: Speed, Security and Fixes: 8 packages

What does website care cover?

Focused jobs on a site that already exists, each with a clear finish line: pages that load faster, a hacked site cleaned and closed to the same attack, backups that can actually be restored, email that stops landing in spam, an error page gone, or a site moved to a new host without lost data. Most jobs are WordPress or WooCommerce, but plain PHP and Laravel sites are covered too.

What do I need to send you?

An admin login for the site, access to your hosting panel or SFTP, and for DNS or email work, access to wherever your domain's DNS is managed. Describe what you see, with a screenshot or the exact error text if there is one, and roughly when it started. I take a full backup before changing anything.

What is not included, and which results can nobody promise?

Hosting, domain, premium plugins, CDN plans and security service subscriptions stay in your name and are billed to you by each provider. Speed work improves load times and lab scores, but I do not promise a ranking, which is Google's decision, or 100% uptime, which depends on your host. The maintenance package is a one-time setup; ongoing monthly care is billed separately.

How ordering a package works

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.

  2. 2

    Send your content

A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.

  3. 3

    I build it

I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.

One-time price, no monthly fee from me

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.

What I do not build

Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.

Questions about website care: speed, security and fixes

Will every page of my site get faster?

Speed is measured on your main templates, usually the home page, a product or service page and a blog post, before and after the work. A very heavy theme or a slow shared server puts a ceiling on results, and if that ceiling is the real problem, I tell you plainly before you spend more on tuning.

Can a hacked site get reinfected after cleanup?

It can if the original hole stays open, which is why cleanup includes finding how the attacker got in: an outdated plugin, a stolen password or a writable file. I close that route, change credentials and harden the setup, but no site is immune, so keeping updates and backups running matters afterward.

How is the monthly maintenance plan billed?

This package covers the one-time setup only: auditing the site, installing monitoring and backups, and agreeing an update routine. Ongoing monthly care afterward is a separate plan with its own fee, which you can start, pause or cancel. Hosting renewal is still billed by your hosting provider, never by me.
