For sites that went down after an update, a host change, or for no clear reason. I read the server and PHP error logs first, because the message there usually names the exact plugin, theme file or missing extension, which saves hours of guessing by disabling things one by one.
The fix addresses the cause: a plugin that is incompatible with a newer PHP version gets patched, replaced or rolled back, not just switched off. If the site cannot come back quickly, a maintenance page goes up first so visitors see a message instead of an error.

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
