For sites showing a not secure warning, and for businesses whose invoices, form replies or newsletters land in spam. SSL work covers installing or renewing the certificate, forcing HTTPS, and fixing mixed content where old pages still load images over plain HTTP.
Email work starts with DNS records. SPF allows only ten DNS lookups, and adding one more sending service often breaks it silently. I correct SPF, enable DKIM signing on each sender, publish DMARC starting with a monitoring policy, and move website forms from PHP mail to authenticated SMTP.

You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
