WHMCS Theme Customization

This package restyles the parts of WHMCS your clients touch, from the login and dashboard to the cart, invoice PDFs and system emails, in your brand and kept in a child theme that WHMCS updates do not overwrite. It is for any business that bills through WHMCS, including agencies, software sellers and service providers, not only hosting companies.

Built to survive the next release

Editing the bundled templates directly is the classic mistake: the next WHMCS release replaces them and the design disappears the same day. I create a child of Twenty-One, declared in its theme.yaml, and a separate order form template, overriding only the Smarty files that need changes and keeping the styling in one CSS file.

Plan by plan

• Starter applies your logo, colors and fonts, matches the header and footer to your website, and styles the login and client area.
• Business restyles the order form and cart, brands the invoice PDF and the shared email header, footer and CSS that every system email uses, and builds a custom client area homepage plus a pricing table on the store page.
• Premium adds a custom order flow for your main products, a domain search styled to match, dashboard panels added through the ClientAreaHomepagePanels hook, a speed check on cart pages and written notes on keeping the theme current.

For businesses that do not sell hosting

WHMCS speaks hosting by default, with services, domains and products everywhere. Language overrides let me rename those labels, such as Services to Subscriptions, and hide the domain menus if you never sell domains, so the client area reads like your business rather than a web host.

Previews happen on your live install without clients seeing them: WHMCS lets an admin load a different theme for their own session, so you review the new look before it is switched on.
