Business Software & AI Agents Platform - ElyAgents

<p>I developed a custom business software platform for ElyAgents, offering AI-powered solutions for pharmacy retail management (PMS), school ERP, and IPTV billing. The goal was to create a multi-tenant platform (by default with isolated tenants) that streamlines operations across diverse industries.</p><p>The website features a clean, business-focused interface with case studies including multi-shop pharmacy rollout (eight pharmacy outlets, strip-aware billing live in seven days for Mohd. Anitullah), school ERP across three campuses (one ElySpace ERP login powering parent app, fee collection, and branded certificates for Principal Pervaiz Ahmad), and IPTV reseller cutover (moved 2,400 lines off WHMCS to ElyIPTV Billing with Xtream UI auto-provisioning for Roger Norris). I implemented integration showcases including WhatsApp Cloud API (two-way customer chat), Stripe (200+ markets), Razorpay (one-click checkout for India), Meta Lead Ads (pull Facebook/Instagram leads in real time), Zoom (auto-schedule meetings), and Google Forms (capture responses into workflow).</p><p>Special attention was given to showcasing platform features including multi-language UI, audit-passed 2026, OCR invoice scan, mobile-API ready architecture, insightful dashboards, and client testimonials from pharmacy owners, school principals, and IPTV operators. The final result is a professional SaaS platform that helps ElyAgents attract businesses across pharmacy, education, and IPTV sectors.</p>
