What does a restaurant website need first?
A menu that loads quickly on a phone and is up to date. Most visitors arrive hungry and in a hurry, checking dishes, prices, opening hours and how to reach you. A menu kept as text rather than a scanned PDF can be read on a small screen, translated by the browser and understood by search engines, and you can change a price in a minute from the admin.
Which package should you pick?
| Your business | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Sit-down restaurant | Restaurant website with menu, or table reservation website | Menu, hours and bookings without phone tag |
| Takeaway or delivery | Online food ordering website | Direct orders without a platform commission on each one |
| Several delivery brands from one kitchen | Cloud kitchen ordering website | A separate menu per brand and one shared order queue |
| Cafe or bakery | Cafe and bakery website | Daily specials and preorders for cakes |
| Events and office food | Catering inquiry website | Guest count, date and menu choice in one request |
| Tables with QR codes | QR menu website | A menu guests open by scanning, with no app |
What do I need to send you?
The essentials are your logo, opening hours, address, a few good food photos and your current menu with prices in any form: a spreadsheet, a PDF or clear photos of the printed menu. For ordering, tell me whether you deliver yourself, your delivery zones and fees, and which payment provider you want. Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay accounts are opened in your name, so payouts land in your account.
What is outside the fixed price?
Domain, hosting, premium plugins, card processing fees, SMS credits, receipt printer hardware and delivery driver apps. Food photography is not included; I can work with phone photos taken in good daylight. Allergen and nutrition details come from you, because only your kitchen knows exactly what goes into each dish.
How ordering a package works
-
1
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.
-
2
Send your content
A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.
-
3
I build it
I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.
-
4
Launch and handover
After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.
One-time price, no monthly fee from me
You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
Questions about restaurant and food websites
Can I change the menu and prices myself?
Yes. Dishes, prices, photos and categories are edited from an admin form, and you can mark an item sold out for the day without deleting it. Changes show on the website and on any QR menu at once, so a price change never means reprinting.
Do online orders charge a commission?
I take no cut of your orders. You pay the payment provider's normal card processing fee, which they set, plus your hosting. If you also stay on delivery apps, their commissions still apply to orders placed through them.
Can orders print in the kitchen?
On the Premium plan of the ordering packages, yes, with a supported cloud receipt printer or a tablet showing the live order screen. You buy the printer. Before you do, send me the model and I will confirm whether it can receive orders over the internet.
