IPTV Websites and Billing Panels
IPTV websites with a WHMCS billing panel connected to Xtream UI, XUI, NXT, Strong8K or 1-stream, for licensed operators and their resellers: plan pages, checkout, automatic line creation and a customer portal. A one-time cost from $139; after launch you only renew hosting with your own provider. I build the software only and never supply streams or channels.

What does an IPTV website with a billing panel do?
It sells your subscription plans and creates each customer's line on your streaming panel the moment their invoice is paid. WHMCS handles checkout, recurring invoices, renewals and suspension, and a module talks to Xtream UI, XUI, NXT, Strong8K or 1-stream through the panel API. The price is one-time: you own the site and the billing setup, and the only ongoing bill is hosting, which you renew with your own provider. The software is for operators who hold the rights or licenses to the channels they sell; I do not supply streams, channels or content, and I do not build for services that resell content without rights.
Which IPTV package should I start with?
| Your situation | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You already run WHMCS and a panel | Panel to WHMCS connection | Only the module and testing, no new website |
| You need a full site that sells plans | Subscription website with auto-provisioning | Site, billing and automatic line creation together |
| You sell through a reseller account | Reseller website with billing | Your brand on top of the operator's panel credits |
| You manage your own reseller network | Reseller credit system | Credits bought, spent and tracked per reseller |
| Customers keep asking for their details | Customer portal | Credentials, expiry and setup guides behind a login |
| Your current setup is old or broken | Website migration | A new server or panel without customers losing access |
What do I need to send you?
Your panel URL with an API user or reseller API key, your WHMCS admin access (or a hosting account where I install WHMCS), the plan list with prices, connection limits and the bouquets each plan includes, your logo and brand colors, and your terms of service. Open your payment gateway accounts in your own business name early, because review can be slow.
What does the one-time price leave out?
It leaves out every license and service a third party sells you: the WHMCS license, your streaming panel license, servers, hosting, domain and any paid third-party modules, all paid by you to each provider. Many card processors restrict IPTV businesses, so whether Stripe, PayPal or another gateway approves your account is their decision, and I connect only gateways that have approved your business. Content rights and licensing advice are outside what I do.
How ordering a package works
-
1
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.
-
2
Send your content
A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.
-
3
I build it
I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.
-
4
Launch and handover
After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.
One-time price, no monthly fee from me
You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
Questions about iptv websites and billing panels
Is this a monthly fee or a one-time cost?
One-time. You pay once for the website and billing setup, and you own the files and the database. The ongoing costs are your hosting renewal with your own provider, your WHMCS license and your panel license, all billed by those companies, never by me. Changes after delivery are quoted separately.
Which IPTV panels can you connect to WHMCS?
Xtream UI, XUI, NXT, Strong8K and 1-stream, plus other panels that expose an API for creating, extending and disabling lines. Send me the panel name and version first. If the API is missing a function, such as changing bouquets, I tell you before you order rather than after.
Do you provide channels, streams or a panel?
No. I build websites, billing and the connection to a panel you already run. You must hold the rights or licenses for the channels you sell. I do not supply streams, playlists or panel hosting, and I turn down projects for services that resell content without rights.
