Which WordPress package do you need?
Pick by what the site has to do, not by how many pages it has. A brochure site for a services company, a publication with hundreds of posts and a paid members area all run on WordPress, yet each needs different plugins, different templates and different checks before launch. The table below maps common situations to the package that fits.
| You need | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A site that explains your services and collects inquiries | WordPress Business Website | Service pages, contact forms and an editor your staff can use |
| Regular articles, categories and several writers | WordPress Blog or Magazine | Fast archives, author pages and editorial roles |
| Paid or private content | WordPress Membership Website | Levels, recurring payments and content locked by plan |
| Pages in English and other languages | WordPress Multilingual Website | Linked translations, a language switcher and hreflang |
| A slow site made with Elementor or Divi | Page Builder Site Rebuild or Speed Optimization | Lighter code, or tuning the site you already have |
| A feature no plugin handles well | Custom WordPress Plugin | Code written for your workflow, kept apart from the theme |
| A move to a new server | WordPress Migration to a New Host | Content, mail settings and certificates moved without loss |
Why buy WordPress work as a fixed-price package?
Because you know the scope, the price and the delivery date before you pay anything. Each plan lists exactly what gets built, so there is no hourly meter running while you think about changes. I have worked with WordPress for more than 13 years across 900+ projects, and I review every site myself before handover, with the admin arranged so you can change text and images without touching code.
What should you have ready for me?
Your logo, page text or rough notes I can tidy, photos, and links to two or three sites whose layout you like. For a new site, tell me which host you use or want. For speed work, a migration or a rebuild, send an admin login plus hosting or cPanel access. For a custom plugin, describe the workflow as numbered steps: who does what, and what should happen next.
What is not included in the price?
The domain, hosting, premium themes, paid plugins and translation of your text. Those are bought from each provider in your own name, and your host bills its renewals to you directly, not through me. Writing long copy from scratch and loading content beyond the limits of your plan are extra. Search engine positions are Google's decision, so no package promises a ranking.
How ordering a package works
-
1
Choose a plan
Pick Starter, Business or Premium and pay once by card, PayPal or crypto. The price on the page is the price.
-
2
Send your content
A project opens for your order. Send your text, logo, photos and any logins I need there.
-
3
I build it
I build on a private staging link you can open on your phone, with updates as I go.
-
4
Launch and handover
After your approval the site goes live on your domain, and every login is yours.
One-time price, no monthly fee from me
You pay for the build once. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name and renewed with your hosting provider, who bills you directly. I add nothing on top, and the site keeps running whether or not you hire me again.
What I do not build
Gambling and adult websites, and sites that sell content without the rights to it. Need something not listed? Ask for a custom quote.
Questions about wordpress websites
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes. I build on Gutenberg blocks with a light theme rather than a heavy page builder, and save repeated sections as patterns, so adding a page or changing text needs no code. Business and Premium plans include a short walkthrough video recorded on your own site.
Can you work on a WordPress site someone else built?
Yes. For speed work, migrations, custom plugins and builder rebuilds that is the usual starting point. I take a full backup first and work on a staging copy where the host allows it. If I find a nulled theme or plugin, I tell you, because pirated code is a common way malware gets in.
Which plugins do you use, and who pays for them?
I prefer well-maintained free plugins and add a paid one only when it saves real work, such as WPML for translation or a membership plugin. I buy any license under your own account so updates keep arriving after handover, and I tell you the cost before you buy anything.
